Compliance Statement
1) Our role & regulatory status
FinPro Consulting (“FinPro”, “we”) is a B2B consulting firm providing licensing pathway assessments, global company formation coordination, and bank/EMI account opening advisory and introductions. We do not provide retail trading services, investment advice, brokerage/dealing activities, payment services, client-asset custody, or any other regulated activity unless expressly authorized by an applicable regulator. Where a regulated service is required, we work with duly licensed third-party providers.
2) B2B scope only; no client funds
We serve corporate and institutional clients. We do not accept or hold client money, customer assets, or payments on behalf of clients. All government, registry, or third-party fees are paid directly by the client to the relevant authority or vendor unless otherwise documented in an engagement.
3) No legal, tax, or investment advice
Our materials and communications are for general information only and are not a substitute for independent legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional counsel in their jurisdictions.
4) KYC/AML, due diligence & risk management
We maintain proportionate know-your-business (KYB/KYC) and anti-money-laundering/counter-terrorist-financing (AML/CTF) procedures appropriate to a consulting practice. We may request identity/corporate documents, ownership and control information, and other risk data to assess engagements and to facilitate introductions. We may decline or terminate engagements where information is incomplete, misleading, or presents unacceptable compliance, financial-crime, or reputational risk.
5) Sanctions, export controls & restricted parties
We screen for and do not knowingly engage with persons, entities, or activities that are subject to applicable sanctions or export-control restrictions (including those administered under UN, US, UK, and EU regimes). We may request additional information to determine sanctions exposure. Clients must not use our services to circumvent sanctions or other laws.
6) Anti-bribery & anti-corruption
FinPro has zero tolerance for bribery, facilitation payments, kickbacks, or corrupt practices. We prohibit offering, giving, requesting, or accepting anything of value to improperly influence a decision. Gifts, hospitality, and marketing expenses must be reasonable, transparent, and lawful.
7) Conflicts of interest
We aim to identify and manage conflicts of interest. Potential conflicts relevant to a specific engagement will be disclosed where appropriate, and mitigations will be agreed with the client. If an unmanageable conflict arises, we may decline or discontinue the engagement.
8) Data protection & confidentiality
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect confidential information. Clients sharing third-party personal data with us are responsible for ensuring a lawful basis and providing any required notices to those individuals.
9) Use of third parties & introductions
We may recommend or introduce independent third-party providers (e.g., corporate secretaries, law firms, banks/EMIs, compliance vendors). Such providers operate under their own licenses and terms. FinPro is not responsible for third-party decisions, timelines, or fees, and does not guarantee approvals or account openings.
10) Marketing & fair presentation
Case studies, timelines, and jurisdictional overviews on our Sites are illustrative and do not guarantee outcomes. Regulatory requirements and bank/EMI criteria may change without notice. Clients should verify current rules and eligibility before relying on any summary.
