FAQ
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Approval rests entirely with the bank/EMI. We improve odds via front‑loaded scoping, strong compliance narrative and complete documentation and we propose backup routes.
Can everything be done remotely?
Some institutions support remote/video onboarding; others require in‑person interview or local substance. Current policy applies.
How are EMI accounts different from bank accounts?
Licensed EMIs may provide payment accounts, e-money and IBAN functionality, but customer balances are generally not bank deposits. Depending on the jurisdiction, funds may be protected through safeguarding or comparable arrangements rather than a bank deposit-guarantee scheme. Always review the provider, licence, safeguarding model and contractual terms.
What if we are in brokerage/prop/Web3?
Provide enhanced disclosure on permissions, counterparties, fund flows, risk controls and KYC/AML of your clients. We design a sector‑specific compliance pack.
Do you provide post‑opening support?
Yes. Optional annual advisory covers reviews, policy updates, sub‑account openings, channel expansion and exception handling.
Need a compliant account for global operations?
Share your model, currency mix, client geographies and expected monthly volumes. We will review the brief and respond with next steps, normally within 1–2 business days.
