Financial Website Design, Security & Compliance-Aware Setup

FinPro designs modern, fast and compliance-aware websites for brokers, asset managers, fintech and payment businesses, proprietary trading firms, and financial consulting brands. Beyond visual design, we can coordinate domain and corporate email setup, security configuration, multilingual SEO, and the policies and disclosures commonly reviewed by regulators, banks, payment providers and technology vendors.

Finance-focused design system

  • Institutional visual language, responsive layouts and accessible typography.
  • Reusable templates for services, products, pricing, platforms, documents and insights.
  • Consistent entity, licence-status and risk-disclosure placement across key pages.
  • Performance-minded image, asset and content delivery configuration.

Compliance-aware content structure

  • Legal entity information and verified regulatory disclosures.
  • Risk warnings, audience limitations and restricted-market notices.
  • Privacy, cookies, complaints, conflicts and other applicable policy sections.
  • Document centre with clear ownership, dates and version information.

Security and operational readiness

  • HTTPS, edge/origin TLS review, WAF and bot-mitigation options.
  • Hardened administration, least-privilege access and multi-factor authentication.
  • Backup, monitoring, change-control and recovery arrangements.
  • Security-header assessment and staged CSP/HSTS deployment where suitable.

Built around your actual regulatory status

Website wording and disclosure architecture should reflect whether the business is applying for a licence, already regulated, or operating a non-regulated technology or consulting model. FinPro structures the site to reduce ambiguity and support due-diligence reviews without overstating regulatory status.

Licensing-stage or pre-launch website Licensed or operational website
Clearly describes the application or pre-launch status without implying that a licence has already been granted. Displays the correct licensed legal entity, licence number, permitted activities and regulator information.
Explains the proposed business model, governance and target markets for stakeholder review. Links to the relevant official regulatory register where appropriate and permitted.
Avoids premature client solicitation or regulated-service claims. Distinguishes regulated entities from unregulated affiliates, brands and technology providers.
Supports bank, EMI, payment-provider and MetaQuotes KYC readiness. Applies audience, product and region-specific warnings and access controls where required.

Domain strategy & DNS architecture

We help select and configure domains around brand protection, ownership control, service continuity and stakeholder due diligence.

  • Primary and defensive domain planning, registrar selection and registrant-control review.
  • DNS, CDN and WAF configuration using Cloudflare or another suitable provider.
  • HTTPS enforcement, edge/origin TLS review and HTTP/3 where supported.
  • Canonical host and redirect rules for www/non-www, HTTP/HTTPS and legacy URLs.
  • Subdomain planning for portal, docs, status, api or regional services.
  • HSTS assessment and staged deployment, including preload suitability only where appropriate.

Corporate email & sender authentication

We can provision Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and configure authentication around the organisation’s real sending systems.

  • SPF consolidation and authorised-sender review.
  • DKIM signing where supported by the selected mail and sending platforms.
  • Staged DMARC deployment from monitoring to enforcement after legitimate senders are validated.
  • Role-based addresses such as compliance@, onboarding@, support@, abuse@ and postmaster@.
  • Retention, legal-hold and access policies where supported by the selected subscription and required by the business.
  • BIMI readiness assessment and, where suitable, VMC/CMC onboarding support.

BIMI note: Logo display depends on DMARC enforcement, certificate and reputation requirements, and each mailbox provider’s own eligibility rules. Technical configuration does not guarantee that a logo will appear in every inbox.

Compliance-aware information architecture

Commonly required or recommended content

  • Accurate company, trading-name and contact information.
  • Regulatory status, licence details and official-register links where applicable.
  • Terms, risk warnings, restricted-market and audience notices.
  • Privacy and cookie notices adapted to applicable data-protection rules.
  • Complaints and conflicts information where relevant to the activity.

Operational components

  • Secure enquiry forms with consent wording and anti-spam protection.
  • Document centre with publication dates, ownership and version references.
  • Cookie preference controls for essential and optional categories.
  • Secure KYC/KYB intake through an appropriate encrypted portal or approved provider.
  • Marketing consent and unsubscribe controls where applicable.

Multilingual SEO & discoverability

  • Language-specific URLs and reciprocal hreflang implementation.
  • Entity- and region-specific disclaimers rather than direct machine-only duplication.
  • Canonical tags, XML sitemap, robots controls and redirect hygiene.
  • Open Graph metadata and appropriate structured data.
  • Insight templates with author, review date and source-citation fields.

Sensitive-document handling is designed separately

Passport copies, address evidence, ownership records and other KYC/KYB materials should not be collected through an ordinary website contact form. Where document intake is required, the solution should address encryption, access control, malware scanning, storage location, retention and deletion periods, audit records, cross-border data transfers and incident response.

The final workflow may use a secure client portal or a vetted third-party KYC provider, depending on the client’s activities, jurisdictions and risk assessment.

Indicative service packages

Packages provide a practical starting point. Final scope depends on the CMS, hosting, email, security and third-party service plans selected for the project. Subscription, certificate, translation and independent legal-review fees are quoted separately unless expressly included.

Frequently asked questions

Can you redesign or migrate an existing financial website?

Yes. We can audit the current site, retain suitable content and rebuild or refactor the design. Migration planning may include URL mapping, redirects, metadata, structured data, multilingual relationships and launch checks to reduce avoidable SEO disruption.

Does FinPro guarantee that the website will pass a regulator, bank or MetaQuotes review?

No. We structure the website around the applicable business model and available requirements, but every regulator, bank, payment provider and technology vendor conducts its own review. Approval cannot be guaranteed.

Can you prepare the website before our licence is approved?

Yes. The site must clearly describe the application or pre-launch status and must not imply that authorisation has already been granted. Public launch, marketing and onboarding functionality should be aligned with legal advice and the relevant application stage.

Do you provide hosting and ongoing maintenance?

We can recommend and provision suitable hosting or work with an approved provider. Ongoing updates, backups, monitoring, security maintenance and content support can be included under a separately agreed maintenance plan.

How do you handle multilingual websites?

We use separate language URLs, reciprocal hreflang references and language-specific metadata. FinPro currently supports structures such as the default English site and /zh-hans/; additional locales are configured according to the agreed project scope and supplied translations.

Can we collect KYC documents through the website?

Where sensitive-document collection is necessary, we recommend a secure portal or an appropriate third-party provider rather than a standard contact form. The final solution depends on data-protection, storage, access-control, retention and security requirements.

Can BIMI guarantee that our company logo appears in Gmail or other inboxes?

No. BIMI requires correct email authentication and usually DMARC enforcement, while some providers require a VMC or CMC. Display also depends on each mailbox provider’s eligibility and reputation criteria.
