Engage FinPro for a single workstream or combine services into a structured market-entry project. Scope, eligibility and deliverables are confirmed before engagement.
Licence scoping and application coordination for selected regulated activities and jurisdictions.
Entity setup aligned with ownership, tax, banking, licensing and operating requirements.
Readiness assessment and onboarding support for suitable corporate banking relationships.
Provider selection and application support for payment accounts and related capabilities.
Coordinated preparation of corporate and operating evidence for platform-vendor review.
Modern websites built around credibility, performance and accurate business disclosures.
We work primarily with business clients whose corporate, regulatory, banking and technology requirements must remain aligned across multiple counterparties.
Applications often fail when the licence, company, bank account, website and vendor file describe different activities. We help connect these workstreams from the outset.
For firms applying for a new financial-services authorisation.
For lawful cross-border businesses that need a credible corporate and payment foundation.
For existing firms facing onboarding questions, inconsistent records or a new review cycle.
Every engagement begins with a fact-specific assessment. The final scope depends on the proposed activities, target markets, ownership profile and third-party requirements.
Clarify activities, markets, ownership, priorities and existing assets.
Identify viable pathways, material constraints and key dependencies.
Confirm scope, responsibilities, document list and indicative milestones.
Coordinate applications, policies, KYC/KYB and supporting evidence.
Support review questions, status tracking and post-approval implementation.
Regulators, registries, banks, payment providers and technology vendors make their own independent decisions.
FinPro does not provide brokerage, asset management, deposit-taking or payment-processing services and does not hold client funds.
Legal, tax, audit, accounting and local regulated work may be performed by appropriately qualified independent professionals.
No. We assess feasibility, prepare and coordinate the relevant work, but every regulator, registry, bank, EMI, payment provider and technology vendor applies its own rules and retains sole approval discretion.
FinPro supports selected licensing projects, including suitable cases involving Hong Kong, Mauritius, Cyprus and Seychelles. Availability depends on the precise regulated activities, client markets, ownership, management team, capital and substance plan. Other jurisdictions are assessed case by case.
No. Incorporation, finance-related business objects or a legal opinion do not themselves constitute a financial-services, forex, brokerage, investment, payment or banking licence. Any regulated activity must be assessed separately in every relevant jurisdiction.
Yes. You may engage us for an individual workstream such as company formation, bank-account readiness, MT4/MT5 KYC or website delivery. Where another workstream creates a material dependency, we will identify it before confirming scope.
Timing depends on the service, jurisdiction, document readiness, risk profile and third-party review. We provide an indicative roadmap and milestone plan after completing the initial assessment, but external processing times cannot be guaranteed.
Share your proposed activities, target markets, ownership structure, existing entity and priority workstreams. We will help identify the next practical step.
