Vendor KYC is detailed — and must stay current
When applying for or maintaining access to MetaTrader technology, an applicant may be asked to substantiate its ownership, management, legal standing, regulatory status, business model, target markets, banking arrangements, website disclosures, and genuine operating presence. Requirements and review frequency are determined by the vendor and may change. Missing, inconsistent, or outdated information can delay onboarding or affect continued access.

What you get with FinPro
Entity setup & corporate records
Where a new entity is appropriate, we coordinate incorporation, registered-office services, and core corporate records. Incorporation alone does not confer permission to conduct regulated brokerage or investment business.
- Certificate of Incorporation & constitutional documents
- Shareholder, beneficial-owner, and director records
- Registered office and service-address records
Company bank / EMI account
Application support for a corporate account suited to the entity’s disclosed and lawfully permitted activities. Account opening and the services available remain subject to the provider’s independent approval.
- Account application & KYC coordination
- Account confirmation or reference, where available
- Statements for KYC, where requested and available
Independent legal opinion
Where required and supportable, qualified external counsel assesses the entity, proposed activities, target markets, and applicable permissions and issues an opinion within the agreed scope.
- Counsel engagement & evidence coordination
- Scope aligned with the vendor’s current request
- Notarization/apostille support if needed
Genuine operating presence
Support documenting the business’s real principal place of business and operational arrangements. A registered office or mail-forwarding address may not, by itself, demonstrate substance.
- Office lease or appropriate serviced-office agreement
- Utility bill or other independently verifiable evidence
- Staffing, management, systems, and telephone evidence where relevant
Vendor KYC file assembly
We compile, format, and cross-check the documents requested for the specific application, helping reduce avoidable follow-up questions.
- KYC forms & questionnaires
- Corporate, banking, regulatory, and legal annexes
- Consistency checks across documents, website, and business narrative
Ongoing KYC refresh support
Refreshes for periodic reviews or material changes, according to the vendor’s requirements at the relevant time.
- Updated statements, registry extracts, and certificates
- Address and operating-presence revalidation
- Ownership, management, regulatory, and structural-change reporting

Assist with the application, due-diligence responses, and follow-ups through the provider’s independent decision.
- 5
Legal opinion & operating-presence evidence
Coordinate independent counsel and document the entity’s genuine operational arrangements and address evidence.

Jurisdiction options (examples)
Jurisdiction selection must follow the actual business model, target markets, required regulatory permissions, substance plan, and banking feasibility. The examples below are not an approved-vendor list; every application is reviewed individually.
Hong Kong
A mature international financial centre. Regulated securities, futures, asset-management, and related activities require the appropriate SFC licence and suitable local management, responsible officers, controls, and substance.
Cyprus
An established EU investment-services jurisdiction. Firms carrying on regulated investment activities require the relevant CySEC authorisation, capital, governance, staffing, systems, and local substance.
Mauritius
An established international financial centre. Brokerage or other regulated financial activity requires the appropriate FSC licence, an eligible entity, governance, compliance arrangements, capital, and substance.
Seychelles
A recognised international financial centre. Brokerage or dealing activity generally requires the appropriate FSA authorisation, governance, capital, compliance functions, and local substance; an IBC alone is not a financial licence.
United Kingdom
A major financial centre with extensive professional services. Regulated activities require the appropriate UK authorisation, and incorporation alone does not create permission to serve clients or market financial products.
Saint Lucia
May suit certain technology, advisory, support, or other lawfully unregulated models. Company incorporation and a legal opinion do not amount to a forex, CFD, investment, or brokerage licence; regulated activity requires appropriate authorisation in every relevant market.
Availability and acceptance are determined by MetaQuotes review and may change without notice. We recommend the best fit for your case.

Frequently asked questions
Are you affiliated with MetaQuotes?
No. FinPro is an independent consulting firm. “MetaQuotes”, “MetaTrader”, “MT4”, and “MT5” are trademarks of MetaQuotes Ltd. We assist clients in preparing documentation aligned with MetaQuotes onboarding and KYC reviews.
How long does onboarding take?
There is no universal timeline. Entity formation, regulatory licensing where required, bank/EMI onboarding, legal review, operating-presence preparation, and the vendor’s own review each follow separate timelines. We provide a case-specific roadmap after assessing your structure and readiness, but third-party timing and approval cannot be guaranteed.
Do you provide the legal opinion?
Legal opinions are issued only by independent qualified counsel. We coordinate the scope and supporting evidence, but counsel retains professional independence and may qualify or decline an opinion where the facts or proposed activities do not support it.
Can you help with policies and procedures?
Yes. We provide templates for AML/KYC, risk management, complaints handling, and information security, and adapt them to your model.
What if our structure changes later?
We can coordinate authorised corporate filings and refresh the KYC file following changes to officers, beneficial ownership, shareholding, addresses, regulation, banking, website disclosures, or business activities. Material changes should be reported promptly to the relevant vendor, regulator, and financial institution in accordance with their requirements.
Important notice: FinPro provides consulting and coordination services only; we are not a law firm and do not offer legal advice. Legal opinions are issued by independent counsel. Acceptance by MetaQuotes or any bank/EMI is subject to their own reviews and policies.
