Establish a Seychelles International Business Company (IBC) for your cross-border business. FinPro helps organise the ownership structure and incorporation documents, coordinates with a licensed local registered agent, and prepares the next steps for company maintenance and banking.
The choice of jurisdiction should reflect your customers, banking options, management location and tax position. We begin with what the company will actually do.
Review the trading chain, contracting entity and payment flows, including where counterparties operate and whether banks accept the business model.
Consider where services are delivered, where the team works and what customers require before choosing an IBC as the contracting entity.
Map the investment purpose, ownership chain and source of funds, with legal and tax input in the relevant jurisdictions.
An IBC is incorporated under the Seychelles International Business Companies Act. The registered agent reviews the proposed structure, activity and supporting documents.

Banking support, accounting records, financial summaries, tax work, certification and corporate changes are quoted by scope.
Annual maintenance goes beyond paying a renewal fee. Business records, ownership information and applicable filing and tax duties also need attention.
Maintain the agent and office, pay annual charges and complete applicable declarations. Confirm deadlines, service coverage and company status.
Keep accounting records, normally for at least seven years. Records held abroad must be lodged at the Seychelles registered office at least twice a year as required.
Where applicable, prepare an annual financial summary within six months of year-end and retain it at the registered office. Ask the agent to confirm any exemption.
Notify the agent promptly when directors, shareholders or beneficial owners change, so registers and applicable filings can be updated within statutory deadlines.
Seychelles has a territorial tax system, with additional rules for foreign income of covered companies, including an economic substance test for certain foreign passive income. IBC status does not automatically make all income tax-free.
Assess registration and filing obligations against the income source, group structure and management location, alongside obligations in other relevant jurisdictions. Read the SRC tax overview ↗
